Return Policy/Right of Withdrawal
From the day you receive your goods from us, you have a full right of withdrawal for 90 days.
The product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging. If the returned product is used but still in its original packaging, a deduction may be made from the refund amount to account for depreciation.
Right to Cancellation
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NordicEnvoy AB, Baumansgatan 3, 593 32 Västervik, Sweden, phone: +46 (0)490-44 40 50, email: kundservice@nordicenvoy.se) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
Exchange of Goods
We can only process refunds, which means you must repurchase the item you wish to exchange. However, we believe that return shipping should not be charged for exchanges. Please include a note in the package stating “exchange.” This ensures you will not be charged for return shipping. We do not send out new goods automatically.
If you purchased the item at a promotional price, you will retain the same price by leaving a note in the checkout saying, “Exchange of (order number, item)” when placing the new order.
